Builder, Colby Monroe and his wife, Felicia uphold these values with the foundation of the company laid before them by cofounder, Mike Trammell who passed away in 2018. Mike built homes for 20 years and passed all the knowledge he could down to Colby. We strive daily to make Mike proud in everything we do! Felicia contributes to the process of customizing your dream home with her years of experience in floorplan design.  Other members of our team include Colin Coker, superintendent and Justin Stewart, superintendent.
